Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
Here's a great recipe to use for delicious ribs when you don't have a grill!

Cook time: 3 hours
Total time: 3 hours 15 minutes
Serves 6
Ingredients:
For BBQ ribs:
- 1 1/2 cups Food Club Barbeque Sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Food Club Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 (32-ounce) racks baby back ribs
For baked beans:
- 2 (16-ounce) cans Food Club Homestyle Baked Beans
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Method:
For BBQ ribs:
- Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix the barbeque sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a small bowl.
- Cook on LOW heat for 2 to 3 hours, or until heated through and the meat is fork tender.
For baked beans:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, mix together the baked beans, ketchup, spicy brown mustard, molasses and brown sugar.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until beans are bubbly on the edges. Serve with the BBQ ribs.
