Gary started in the grocery business 14+ years ago with one of our competitors as a courtesy clerk and held positions there such as: Dairy Manager, Produce Manager, Key Carrier, Front End Supervisor, Assistant Grocery Manager, Grocery Manager and Assistant Store Director. About 2 ½ years ago Gary came to work with the Associated Retail Team and has been the Store Leader at Dan’s Foothill about 14 months.

Gary is married and he and his lovely wife have three children; Tate (7), Malia (4), and Jacee (10 months). His interests include spending time with his family, skiing, hiking and architecture. He is also an identical twin!

His favorite movie(s) are The Godfather Trilogy. His favorite music is anything by U2, and more recently Good Charlotte. He does admit that there is no such thing as a favorite food, because he loves all things edible and everything at the Cheesecake Factory.

He does state that his pet peeves are clutter, he can’t stand it, people who tell him what they think he wants to hear, give him the brutal facts, and people who don’t follow through!
